Championing some of Wales' finest produce in a relaxed atmosphere, the second restaurant by Tom Simmons brings him home to Cardiff, after a hugely successful arrival to the hospitality scene in London and featuring on Masterchef. His new offering contains two bars set over two floors, areas of fine dining and a speakeasy-style lounge area.

On the site of a former well known members club in Pontcanna, Cardiff; our scope was to design and project manage both floors and exterior into a new restaurant concept, being considerate to the rich history and local appreciation of its former function.

Much like the menu, the design aesthetic pulls inspiration from the Welsh countryside, with rich warm tones playing harmony with an environment that feels comfortable and approachable.
