We were tasked with renovating a recently purchased white stucco fronted townhouse in Little Venice, near Warwick Avenue and the Regent’s Canal, by a private client. We stripped back the dated finishes and furnishings and allowed the properties existing features of high ceilings, excellent levels of light throughout and views across the green open space of St Mary’s Churchyard park to speak for themselves. Our scope consisted of 2 double bedrooms, lounge, hallway, kitchen and dining area. Throughout the home, we kept the palette light and calm, with key quality pieces to match the grandeur of the architectural shell. The home was then styled with an eclectic mix of artworks and staging items to encourage the highest valuation for our client to lease out the property.
