BRISTOL DEVELOPMENT

A large-scale build-to-rent development in Bristol, this project transforms an existing building into a contemporary multi-unit residential scheme.

The design introduces a series of amenity spaces—including coworking areas, a residents’ lounge, private dining room, and gym—designed to support modern lifestyles and foster a sense of community.

A warm, refined material palette and consistent design language unify the spaces, balancing functionality with a calm, elevated atmosphere.

Currently in development, the project focuses on adapting and enhancing the existing structure to deliver a high-quality, design-led rental offering.
