In a prestigious 20 apartment development, we worked on one, two and four bedroom luxury properties crafted from an outstanding Grade II* listed building in the heart of sought-after Belsize Park. The unique range of new homes extends the heritage of this fine building with its Arts and Crafts period architecture, preserved with meticulous attention to detail throughout.

Working to tight deadlines, we organised furniture, lighting and finishes in each apartment to prepare them to be sold or rented. The brief also included styling, where we created a luxury living lifestyle to partner the renovations and encourage fast sales.
